There’s something so magical about fall in Cache Valley. The crisp air, golden leaves, and soft light of golden hour make the perfect backdrop for a memorable extended family session. This beautiful family had been wanting to book their session for quite some time, and we finally made it happen! It was worth the wait! We met at a peaceful outdoor location tucked away in Northern Utah, where the autumn colors were absolutely glowing. As a Utah family photographer, fall is one of my busiest and most rewarding times of the year. It’s always special when I get to photograph multiple generations together. Grandparents, adult siblings, and grandkids all laughing, hugging, and just enjoying being in each other’s company. What made this session so meaningful was the joy and connection you could feel between everyone. You could tell they hadn’t had updated family photos in a long time, and it was important to them to preserve this season of life. We captured a mix of posed portraits and candid moments. Everything from full group shots to smaller breakouts with each family unit...and they even brought a pup! Golden hour gave us that dreamy, soft glow that makes every image feel timeless.
