I might be a little late sharing this one, but it’s too beautiful not to post! This family has already welcomed their newest little one, but looking back at their maternity session still gives me all the feels. It was such a peaceful, love-filled evening celebrating their family of four before becoming five. With older kids, there’s a different kind of sweetness during maternity sessions. A quiet excitement and a deeper understanding of what’s to come. These two were so gentle and affectionate with their mom, already stepping into those proud big sibling roles. There were soft smiles, easy laughter, and the kind of calm connection that only comes with time and family closeness.

The light was absolutely perfect. Warm, golden, and glowing (even though it was SO cold out) wrapping this family in the softest tones as we captured those final moments before everything changed. Mom looked radiant, and the love between them all was so easy to see. Now that their little one has arrived, these images feel even more meaningful..a look back at that fleeting in-between, when their hearts were already making room for one more.
